If you have any questions or concerns about your solar investments and would like to work with us, we are here to help whether we developed your system or not. While we prioritize our existing customers we are happy to offer service when we have availability, no matter the size of the system.
MEET THE TEAM
No solar site or solar array is alike. Terrain, vegetation, architecture and logistics are just a few of the details that you must understand to deliver a proven solar operations and management package. Additionally, communication, technology and innovation are increasingly becoming more important as we see big changes in the solar industry. This is why the NABCEP certified team at RunTime Solar is invaluable to your solar installation. Not only do we have 40+ combined years of solar experience but we are also end-users. BRODIE SANQUIST
Before finding his way RunTime Solar, Brodie was focused on mycology and the cultivation of mushrooms and followed his dreams in running an organic mushroom farm working with various types of sterilization techniques and substrate preparation. He cultivated over a dozen different varieties. In the growing process he had taken an inclination toward solar energy and decided to take step back from farming to pursue his interest in solar. Brodie looks forward to years of training with Norwich Technologies and RunTime Solar.

CASE MANAGER
DUSTIN SPENCE
Dustin joined RunTime Solar in 2022 and is excited to continue his support of adding and keeping clean energy on the grid. After spending 5 years at SunCommon working on residential solar projects he is ready to serve as O&M Case Manager for solar systems of all sizes. Dustin grew up in Waterbury, VT in the shadow of a Ben & Jerry’s plant. This rubbed off on him, instilling a belief that work can be meaningful, fun and profitable. With that in mind, Dustin found a solar industry that was by nature, good for our planet and full of great coworkers and customers.
Dustin graduated from UVM in 2011 with a BA in Psychology and became a Certified Associate in Project Management through PMI in 2021. He is proud to have a home in the town he grew up in and spends his time hanging with his family, volunteering, seeing live music, skiing and yelling at his dog, Lenny.
Field Technician
FOREST OSBORN
Forest has been in working solar since 2019. His experience includes installer and crew lead working in residential, light commercial and service work, including whole home battery backup. He got his start working in Eagle-Vail Colorado and moved to Vermont in 2021 with his partner and two dogs. When he’s not working, Forest enjoys time with family, BBQing, riding mountain bikes and working on home projects. You’ll usually find him on the trails on the weekends, and he hopes to see you out there!

SENIOR O&M TECHNICIAN
TOM MURPHY
Tom started his career in the solar industry working with SunCommon as a Residential Installer and Electrical Apprentice in 2017. After a four year apprenticeship program, Tom received his Journeyman’s Electrical License and transitioned into the role of Commercial Electrician.
Joining the team at RunTime has provided an opportunity to build upon his skills as an installer and electrician to include O&M work on both residential and commercial systems. Tom has now achieved his Master Electrician license and plans to contribute to the growth and development of the Electrical Apprenticeship program. Providing opportunities for professional growth and expanding the workforce within the solar industry is something Tom is passionate about.
Tom graduated from the University of Vermont in 2013 with a BA in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Ecology and Conservation. He also focused on Anthropology, specifically the archaeological study of indigenous cultures in the Northeast and Southwest of the United States.
When Tom isn’t working on solar he can be found somewhere in the woods, out on the water or enjoying a good book.
